Exchanges and Returns

Returns Due to Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction:

If, for any reason, you change your mind or are dissatisfied with a piece of jewelry purchased directly from the Duah Fine Jewelry website (excluding personalized/custom-made pieces), you have the right to return the item and receive a refund of the amount paid.

The return period is up to 7 calendar days from the date the jewelry is received by the customer. The item must be returned in its original protective packaging, accompanied by the invoice and the warranty certificate.

Exchanges Due to Defects:

In the event of a defect, the customer has 30 business days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.

In both cases mentioned above, please contact [email protected] to initiate an exchange or return.

Exchanges are only permitted upon presentation of the invoice, and the item must be in perfect, usable condition and in its original packaging. Once an exchange (or return) request has been submitted, the customer must return the item within 10 days of the request date.

Upon receipt by the Duah Fine Jewelry team, the item will undergo an evaluation process, which may take up to 7 business days to complete. Jewelry showing any signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return.

Refunds:

If you choose to receive a refund, you will receive an email within 30 calendar days of the item’s arrival at our studio confirming the refund, which will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important: Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds via Credit Card or Bank Transfer/Pix:

For purchases made via credit card for products sold and delivered by Duah Fine Jewelry: a full refund will be processed within 2 subsequent billing cycles, starting from the date the refund request is submitted by Duah Fine Jewelry to the credit card issuer; the actual issuance of the refund is the responsibility of the respective card issuer.

For purchases made via bank transfer or Pix for products sold and delivered by Duah Fine Jewelry: a full refund will be issued within 3 business days via bank transfer or Pix.
